Where has the week gone?

Sometimes I just can't believe that the weekend is here; wondering exactly where time has disappeared to!  This was certainly one of those weeks.  It began with a bang when I (Momma) ended up being very sick with some type of body flu, which needless to say, did interrupt my plans a bit (funny how life has a way of doing that!).  Thankfully my hubby was so attentive to make me rest and sleep.  John was a true life saver!  Then when Monday rolled around, low and behold my awesome friend Bridget called at 7:30 am insisting to take the kiddos for the day!  She truly is a blessing- I just love this friend!  She is a joy and an excitement to everyone (especially my kids!)  She truly knows how to make life pure and fun.  

The above picture shows Channing and Peyton hard at work in their new school room; which as many of you know has been a part of our remodel process downstairs.  A 1,200 sq. ft. addition to our living space to bless our home all the more.  So, getting things moved about and reorganized has been a lot of work but such a blessing too!  The kids have been so excited to move things around and have been extra helpful in the process as well.  Chan and Peyt are the big dudes that are lucky enough to move downstairs to their new room.  Needless to say, they love it down there in the "guy pad".  We have plenty more to do, but it feels great to be making some headway.
