One day many moons ago there
was a sunny day.... it was gorgeous so we promptly packed a lunch and headed down town at the fabulous fountain park. We of course had the luxury of our homeschool schedule; so needless to say, it was pretty bare. I think Finley was a little chilly as he was a bit reserved at first-- but he did let his hair down and had a roaring good time!
Here were a few bathing beauties that I spotted... aren't they precious? Maribella, her adorable friends Shannon and Nicole here perched atop a rock warming up before a dip in the wading pools.
Channing apparently thought that his makeshift tent would resist the downpour... hmmm, what do ya think?
This is a shot of almost all the kids that we were picnicking with. They all had a great time, and who knows, this might be the
only lovely day this summer. Hopefully not! The big kids here all have enjoyed getting to know one another the past 6 months or so; it has been great for our boys to have some new friends that homeschool too.
